Mr. Rai graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York, NY with his Master of Laws degree and subsequently received his license to practice law in the State of New York. He has more than 26 years of experience as a Broadcast Engineer with  Public Service Broadcaster, Prasar Bharati under the aegis of Ministry of Information & Broadcasting,  Government of Bharat. He has extensive exposure to the functioning of bureaucracy and teamwork in challenging situations. Apart from Master of Laws degree in USA, Mr. Rai has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering along with Master’s level education in the area of Law and Corporate Management from his home country Bharat. Mr. Rai is able to leverage his techno-legal expertise and background to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions to complex legal problems.
