Many of our clients have been calling in and asking about our services. This is understandable. COVID-19 has been ravishing businesses all across the world. Many companies have been forced to close so the spread of the virus can be reduced significantly.
Regarding immigration law, especially in NYC, it is important to have resources for times like these. However, many firms have been failing their clients: they have closed and have not transferred to remote services. That is, many –though not all– firms are no longer taking cases.
“What about Gehi & Associates?” you may ask. What is the status of our firm? What about our NYC offices? While it is the case that many law firms have been forced to close, and many aspects of immigration have been forced to close, Gehi & Associates is still fully operating.
While not open, our offices are still operating at full capacity remotely. We are still taking on immigration cases from around the world and in the U.S. We love our clients and want to see them through this crisis. They are like family to us.
Please be advised that while our offices are currently closed, we are working very hard, in coordination with the governor’s orders, to ensure that they reopen as soon as possible. As states reopen, our office will be included in these reopenings.
